Je'Na Campbell is an author, registered nurse, and creator of House of SHG, whose work explores the space between what happens to us and what we build from it. Her writing examines identity, self-love, grief, growth, and becoming through a human-centered lens grounded in dignity, compassion, responsibility, and choice. At the heart of her work is a simple belief: experience is information, not identity—and while we are not the authors of everything that happens to us, we can participate intentionally in what comes next.
