As a person who has had to grieve the loss of my spouse this journal has allowed me to finally write a letter to myself and properly find peace. The author guides the reader with activities in this book to help the reader process grief and leading you along to peace.

I'm enjoying my first guided journal! The light font is a little hard to see, and the information can be a little hard to follow sometimes. Overall, I love the encouraging affirmations & scripture references when they are relevant.
